The company is free to decide whether the product should be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
As a priority, the product will be repaired. If this is not possible, it will be replaced.
In the case of replacement, the defective product will be replaced with a product of similar quality (same manufacturer, same condition at the time of the warranty, possibility of changing the color if the original color was unavailable). If the product in question is no longer manufactured or available, the company reserves the right to offer the consumer a product of superior quality.
The company reserves the right to issue refunds if repair and replacement are not possible. The company may retain the defective product and issue a refund.
